30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. No stress, no pressure. Just contact us and we’ll walk you through it.

 

How Returns Work

  1. Reach out to support@kickswhite.com with your order number.
  2. We'll confirm your return request and provide instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in its original, unused condition.

Once received, we’ll inspect the product and process your refund within 14 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

What’s Non-Refundable?

  • Shipping fees and shipping protection
  • Used or damaged items (unless due to a fault)
  • Returns sent without approval
  • Orders cancelled after they’ve been fulfilled
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

 

Exchanges

Need a different item? We recommend returning the original and placing a new order for the product you want.

 

Product Use Disclaimer

Our products are designed to protect and clean your sneakers, but results may vary depending on the materials, age, or condition of your shoes.
We cannot offer refunds for discoloration or yellowing caused by detergent, dyes, or shoe materials outside our control. Always test on non-visible areas first.

 

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
We’ll resolve it as fast as possible.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

Shipping protection covers loss or damage caused by the carrier — not missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or lack of contact info.

 

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, it’s likely already in processing or transit.

 

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you’re in the EU, you may return your product within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank to process it.

If it’s been more than 15 business days and you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@kickswhite.com.
