1. How fast do you respond to messages?

We aim to reply within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Our support team is here 7 days a week, so whether it’s a question or a concern, we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

 

2. Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help! Just email us immediately at support@kickswhite.com with your order number and the correct address. Once the package is out the door, we can’t make changes — but we’ll try everything we can before then.

 

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days. During busy periods or promotions, it may take up to 10-14 business days, but we’ll always keep you updated.

 

4. When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 5–10 business days (USA & Europe)
  • 7–12 business days (Rest of world)
    You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

 

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We deliver worldwide 🌍
International shipping times range from 5 to 14 business days depending on location. All orders ship from our warehouse within 1–3 days after payment.

 

6. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@kickswhite.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or work out a solution right away.

 

7. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Didn’t get one? Check your spam folder — or contact us and we’ll resend it!
